I've noticed both at different times. I don't check my blood sugar, though, I use the ketostrips and I've been kicked out of ketosis after eating Dreamfields. I've also been still in ketosis after eating it on different occasions.
The cooking is the key, I believe. I must have overcooked it occasionally. The taste and texture are fantastic, though, and it's a great way for me to still enjoy the pasta that my husband LOVES.

We occasionally use Dreamfields and enjoy it. We don't know if it affects our blood sugar, and have no way to test for that, but we don't notice any ill effects from eating it.

But I recently found out (was it your blog?) that if the Dreamfields pasta is *over* cooked, all that magic, indigestible starch becomes digestible - yikes. I've become very careful to watch the cooking time and follow the package directions.
-Lori
