Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

We had a nice day, despite all the crazy catastrophies that happened the day before. (I’ll explain in a different post.. maybe tomorrow.) I did stray from my diet plan a bit, but not too much. I only ate one meal and I didn’t over do it, but I felt so full from that meal that I couldn’t eat the rest of the day. I’m up a little due to water retention, but that will be gone within the next couple of days. I’m going to use my treadmill today and drink lots of water!

I did drop another lb when I weighed yesterday.. so that makes a total of 7 lbs gone since Nov. 10th. I’m starting to really notice a difference in my face and some of my clothes are loosening up. :0)

Down 2 more pounds!!!

I’m happy to report that I am down two more pounds as of this morning! My determination to see this through is paying off in more ways than one. My IBS has all but disappeared (as I knew it would) and I’m feeling an upsurge in energy again!

Life is a bit crazy with the holidays coming and all, but I’ll do my best to update as often as I can. Right now I have boxes to put away, carpet to pull up, and walls to paint.

Have a great weekend!

Down another lb today!

I’m extremely happy to report I’ve lost another pound. I’ve broke into a new set of numbers! Yesterday was tough and I spent a lot of time trying to convince myself not to eat certain foods. I managed to avoid all the really bad stuff. :0)

Today I did have the bun on my hamburger, but it was nasty out and I was in a hurry, so I went through a drive-thru. It’s tough to eat a hamburger while driving, let alone try to eat it without the bun. Anyhoo, not a big deal really. That will happen now and again. I did completely skip the fries though.. which is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I’m a french fry addict.

I’m so ready for Christmas! I’m going to try to get my hubby’s gift tomorrow. I can’t wait to surprise him with it! (I’ll let you all know what it is after I give it to him, just in case he’s reading…) I’ve got about 1/2 my Christmas shopping done already, which is a huge improvement for me. Usually I wait until the week before. I think we will put up the tree this weekend and have the whole house all decorated for our Thanksgiving guests!

“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas….”
