You won’t want to miss this

Just a quick post to let you know about an awesome talk given by Tom Naughton (Fat Head) at his local library. Even if you’ve seen Fat Head, you’ll want to check this out. Tom is a great speaker and he knows how to teach without boring you to death.  He really makes learning all this biochemistry fun! Check it out here.

For those who may be wondering how I’m doing. I’m doing very well. Meds are helping me tremendously and I’ll do an update post as soon as I can. I’m currently fighting Pleurisy thanks to my excess zeal to work out.  Lesson learned there. But thankfully I’m on the mend for that too.
