		<description>Hi there. My first question is always, did you make any subtitutions? There is flax meal in the recipe, which gernerally absorbs a ton of liquid. If no changes, maybe you&#039;re a much faster mixer than I, and giving it a few minutes rest time might do it? 
Did the cookies turn out a all for you? I&#039;ve never had a problem with this recipe, and gotten a lot of positive feedback, but like Amy, it has been &quot;a while&quot; since I have made them myself.</description>

		<description>They are in the oven now...... I didn&#039;t have fiberfit, so used part stevia and part splenda for baking.  Also could not get my nuts to turn to flour very well (more like butter!) so I used have a cup of nut &#039;butter&#039; and half a cup of gluten flour.  And I just have regular sugar free syrup.......

Hmmmm..not bad! A light texture, almost like pumpkin bread!  Thanks for the recipe!</description>
