		<description>Great going Amy! I&#039;m doing the Slow Burn too. I don&#039;t know that I&#039;m feeling stronger yet, but I did have a sense that I wanted to hold myself up straighter a bit today, very odd. Congrats on the weight loss too! I lost a pound this week. That&#039;s now 1.5 pounds in about two months,, LOL.

&lt;em&gt;Glad you are doing Slow Burn too Debbie! Congrats on the 1 lb! A loss is a loss.. and it&#039;s not a gain! :)
