		<description>I do this with my hamburgers. I save my bacon fat and use it to cook up my burgers. I throw in a small can of mushrooms after I am done cooking the burgers and broil the mushrooms. It absorbs the flavor of the bacon, burger and the onion. I use it as a sidedish. It is quite good this way.</description>
