If you like lemonade, you’ll love Arizona Sugar Free Lemonade Stix.  Lots of great lemon flavor without the all the self-destructive guilt you’ll get from drinking regular lemonade. It’s a simple as opening a package and dumping it into your favorite 16 or 20 ounce water bottle.  Shake it well and you’ll get a delicious drink, not to mention a little arm exercise. (Water bottles and drink mixes – the original shake weight thingy.) It mixes well with cold water, so you don’t have to worry about gritty chunks, and in the 16 ounce bottles it’s got just enough twang to make you pucker a bit. In my family we believe if lemonade doesn’t make you look like a sucker fish, it’s not good. If you like your lemonade a little weaker than this, you should stick with the 20 ounce water bottles.

One box contains 10 stix, so there is plenty for everyone. The info on the box does confuse me a bit though. On one end it says “Add one packet to one 16.9 oz bottle of water” but the nutrition panel says a serving is 1/2 a packet.  I’m thinking this is one of those marketing strategies to make the numbers look better. And it’s really not necessary considering there are no calories and only 2 carbs (which also doesn’t add up, but I’m not gonna raise a fuss over that.) Just keep in mind that if you pour a packet in a bottle of water you are getting 4 carbs, not 2 as the label states.

Arizona Lemonade Stix are Splenda sweetened, which I know is a sensitive subject for some.  If Splenda doesn’t bother you, I believe you’ll like the taste.  I love the convenience of these little packets and will likely keep them stocked in my cabinet for those time when only lemonade will do.

I’d give this product 5 stars for taste, texture and so on – but can only go 4.5 stars due to label shenanigans.  I don’t like it when the information on the package is even the least bit confusing. Overall it’s a tasty product and I think most consumers will be happy with it. I know I am.

Disclosure: I was provided this product free of charge in order to review it. It in no way affected my opinion of the product.

Glad to see this product and glad it has Splenda. I can’t consume Crystal Light due to the Aspertame and how it affects me.
Thank you for the product suggestion.

You are very welcome! A lot of people can’t tolerate aspartame, so it’s nice to see a variety of options available.

I think the label means that each packet makes enough for two servings; with each serving being a little over 8 ounces.

Cheryl, that makes total sense! Thanks for clearing up my foggy thinking on this. :)
