Tracking
I’ve used both of the following programs to track my food intake and/or weight.
Fit Day – A great pesonalized on-line tool for tracking your food intake, exercise, weight, goals, etc. I use it daily and it has been a great help! Now you can buy the PC version too!
Weight Commander – A nice tool for tracking your weight loss progress. I really liked seeing the graphs as my weight dropped. It also has a placed to make a grocery list, keep a journal, and keep your measurements! I also used this on a daily basis when I first started low carbing. You can down load a free trial today and check it out! After the trial is over you only have to pay $9.95 for the full program.
NOTICE: This program asks you to weigh daily and then gives you a graph displaying your “trend”. Just some FYI for those people who get really bothered by the scales ups and downs. I suggest trying it and seeing if it bothers you once you notice the trend. Then you can decided if you’d like to buy it or not. I do think you’ll like it!
