Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach-Artichoke Dip
Serves 8

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 1 cup real mayo
  • 1 cup parmesean cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts (diced)

Mix all together and place in pyrex baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 325F for 25 minutes (will be melted and bubbly).
Serve with pork rinds, veggies, or low-carb tortilla chips.
