I don’t know who came up with the original recipe, but I wish I did. I’d love to give them a huge hug, not to mention proper credit here, because this has been a staple in our menu planning for a long time. It’s simple and I love that I can put it in the crock pot around lunch and know that dinner is taken care of. I only made a minor tweak to fit our tastes.
